Insight Meditation
At the beginning Christopher wanted to refresh his old website with a more up to date outlook. We started to roganize his material and relized that he just had too much text and audio files for a single website.
We then divided the existing wesite into four sections, similar in design but different in colour. They represent the four domains into which Christopher invests his time and energy: teaching, writing, mentoring and facilitating.
